File format similar to Stars2020, however based on the Star2021.ino file
Dick suggested moving the Galaxy Sound FX volume parameter from Galaxy to Stars to use the PlaySoundEffect() with gain control.

Added Parameter reference sheet for Stars2021.
Added Sound FX Volume parameter copied from Galaxy per Dick's recommendation to control the volume of sounds played on top of music via the 'PlaySoundEffect()' function and gain variable. Tested with WAV board firmware 1.34.
